Regenerative Agriculture Program Design & Execution

• Place-based, farmer-led project design and implementation in both temperate and tropical regions

• Experience with a variety of specialty crops, spanning row crops, tree nuts, sweeteners & more

• Project management and communication with a variety of internal & external stakeholders: farmers, brands, non-profits, and consultants/agencies

• Partner with R&D and Innovation teams to embed sustainability into product development and formulation process

Sourcing & Sustainability-Focused Procurement

• Supply chain transparency: supplier engagement & risk assessment

• Novel crop/ingredient value chain development

• Identity preserved and direct contracting with growers, including multi-year agreements

Greenhouse Gas Emissions Modeling

• Performing & managing data gathering for complete Scope 1-3 inventory

• Development of corporate climate action plans & science-based reduction approach

 Communications

• Methodology, research, and presentation of sustainability data and reporting, including third-party certification (B Corp, Green-e, etc.)

• Engage in media interviews, speaking engagements, and presentations spanning conferences, university courses & more
